Return Process

  1. Initiate Return

    Log into your account and go to your orders. Select the item you want to return and follow the prompts.

  2. Print Label

    Print the prepaid return shipping label. If you can't print the label, contact customer service for assistance.

  3. Package Item

    Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a similar box. Include all accessories and documentation.

  4. Ship Return

    Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days after receiving return
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Store credit: Immediate upon processing
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
